Holding Out

I sincerely hope this rain decides to hold off and give us some sunshine on Saturday. Just checked BBC weather and it’s saying sunny intervals, so fingers crossed – I’ll be doing a little sun dance come Friday, no doubt. Saturday we are off to see Bob Dylan, I’m sure you can imagine how excited I am and how jealous my mother is.

It’ll be my first outdoor festival of the summer and the only thing I want to wear are shorts!! I can’t quite decided between the above outfits so your opinions would be much appreciated – thanks in advance! I could just go for either, despite the weather then consume enough alcohol to feel the warmth of a beer jacket? I could also just spend the day shivering and perhaps moan a little? Or, I could just give in and put on some bloody clothes! But it’s June and you’re not meant to get wrapped up at this time of year!

If the weather fails me and I end up in a jumper there is always Wireless on the 3rd of July, surely the crops will be well and truly nurtured by then?

I didn’t want to tempt fate/get over excited by trying these on but I will be sure to take some pictures from the day and share with you over the weekend.

    that would be so cool if we were there together!you could show me round all the amazing vintage shops you get your clothes from :) Have a fab time at wireless&seein Bob Dylan. I'm leaning towards the first outfit but I'm not sure if that's because of the gorgeous chelsea boots! Love your jeans in the last post too xxx

    You're gonna look smashin' in those shorts! I'm drooling over your boots and necklaces! I've only been to V Fest and it rained quite a fair bit the first two days although the atmosphere was so immense it didn't put a downer on our weekend. Also words probably can't describe how you'll feel witnessing such a legend! Hope you have a fantastic time and remember to tell us all about it! :)

    Both these outfits are delicious, I can't choose! The boots are gorgeous, but please take wellies just in case, imagine if you ruined those boots :( Also I'd advise taking a hoodie which you can just shove in or tie round your bag for if it gets a bit chilly :)

    I love both of these outfits but I think the first outfit wins it for me... I spent most of Isle of wight festival in shorts and it wasn't too warm but as long as you take a jacket you'll be fine! xx
