Lady

 Dress - Topshop
Sandals - Zara

Working in central London when it’s sunny has it’s pro’s and cons. Pros being everyone is happy and you can spend your lunch hour in the sun. Cons being you are stuck inside and the tube ride to and especially from work is disgusting! Apparently it is due to get colder again from today which is bloody annoying when you have been dreaming of drinking a few fruit ciders in a park all week!

When the sun comes out my typical attitude is to throw on a dress and sandals. This is one of the outfits I wore this week. Not exactly exciting but I haven’t had the occasion to get dressed up.

I actually bought this dress back in November for meeting Danny’s parents as I thought it would help me to look a bit more respectable. It must have worked because every time I wear it everyone says I look like such a lady! I’m hoping I don’t look bloke-ish the rest of the time!!

My friend gave birth to a gorgeous little girl on Wednesday morning, her names Iona and I can not wait to meet her this weekend. So far she looks like the cutest, tiniest little monkey ever! And I’m allowed to say that as I too had a full on head of jet black hair as a new born! Good thing we went to antenatal last week as Iona came three weeks early. I'm obviously totally ready to hold her now whereas before might have been a bit dangerous!

  3. That is a beautiful dress, you do look like a real lady! Today looks abit dull outside, it was nice whilst it lasted though. The weather man mentioned it was going to snow in Scotland next week! Crazy how it just changes, it's as if we don't have seasons anymore.

Iona is such a sweet name. I bet shes adorable, hope you have fun meeting her and giving her a massive cuddle! xx
